About Me

I’m George Cottonwood, a storyteller with a passion for grit, action, and the untamed frontier. I specialize in pulp fiction and “men’s adventure fiction,” crafting tales where rugged heroes face high-stakes challenges under wide-open skies.

Growing up, I was inspired by the classic Westerns—those epic yarns of honor, danger, and redemption. Writers like Louis L’Amour and Elmore Leonard shaped my understanding of the genre, while the bold storytelling of pulp legends like Robert E. Howard taught me to embrace adventure in its rawest form. Add to that a love for old Western films and TV shows, and my path was clear.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors, soaking in the spirit of the frontier, or digging into history to uncover the truths behind the legends. Every story I write is my way of paying homage to the rugged individualism and timeless values of the American West.

So saddle up and join me on the trail—you’re in for a ride packed with daring escapades, unforgettable characters, and a healthy dose of grit.
